Acceptable Use Policy

TextMint builds websites and messaging for real businesses selling their own genuine products and services. This policy explains the kinds of businesses and content we will not build for. It is part of, and read alongside, our Terms of Service.

Every site is reviewed automatically before it is built. If your request falls into one of the categories below, we will not build it and will let you know it does not meet our platform policies. This applies whether the site is built, edited, published, or connected to a domain.

Businesses we can't build for

We do not build sites, take payments, or send messages for:

• Get-rich-quick, pyramid & Ponzi schemes. "Investment" or "passive income" offers that pay returns or referral commissions with no real product or service behind them, "make money fast" programs, and paid trading-signal or trading-bot subscriptions. Legitimate businesses are welcome — including independent direct-sales representatives (e.g. Oriflame, Avon), ordinary companies whose names contain words like "ventures" or "investment", agribusiness, consulting, and genuine savings or thrift (ajo/esusu) cooperatives.
• Fraud & scams. Phishing, fake charity or donation collection, advance-fee ("419") fraud, fake job postings, impersonation, and any attempt to deceive people out of money or information.
• Crypto schemes. Token sales or ICOs, guaranteed-return crypto products, crypto MLM, and trading bots sold to end users. Legitimate crypto education, registered exchanges, and peer-to-peer services are allowed.
• Gambling & betting. Sports betting, casino games, lotteries, raffles, and "play to win" or sweepstakes offers that require a purchase to enter.
• Dangerous medical claims. Miracle cures, "guaranteed" weight-loss products, anti-vaccination content, and claims that a product or therapy cures serious illness. Licensed clinics and hospitals, registered traditional-medicine practitioners, and faith-based services such as prayer and ministry are welcome.
• Illegal drugs & weapons. Sale of illegal drugs or paraphernalia, firearms or ammunition, or prescription pharmaceuticals offered without proper authorization.
• Counterfeit & unauthorized goods. Selling counterfeit luxury or branded goods, or unauthorized resale of protected brands.
• Adult & sexual services. Pornography, escort or cam services, sexually explicit content, and adult dating or hookup services.
• Content endangering minors. Anything that depicts, sexualizes, endangers, or deceptively markets to children. We report child-safety violations to the appropriate authorities.
• Hate & harassment. Content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
• Violence. Threats of violence against people, or instructions for carrying out violence.

If you think we got it wrong

Our review is automated and occasionally over-cautious. If you believe your business was declined by mistake, reply in your chat with a clearer description of what you actually sell, or contact us at support@textmint.ai and a person will take a look.

We may update this policy as our platform and the law evolve. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
